SPRG is fully committed to nurturing and inspiring the young generation, particularly those interested in pursuing a career in the public relations industry. We actively collaborate with various educational institutions to establish internship and job placement programmes, allowing students to understand the development of the PR industry and encouraging new talent to join the field. We have also established university scholarship schemes to reward outstanding students and motivate them to further their studies in communication and PR-related disciplines. Additionally, we inspire young people to help the disadvantaged in society by participating in volunteer services organised by our Strategic CSR Network.

Internship & Job placement Programmes
We continuously collaborate with various universities and secondary schools to organise internship and job placement programmes. These initiatives allow students to gain practical experience in the public relations industry through our member companies and overseas partner offices. Moreover, they can better set goals for achieving their career aspirations.
Similarly, we actively partner with external parties to co-organise job shadowing programmes and sharing sessions to increase knowledge of the public relations profession and provide guidance to young people.

Scholarship Schemes
We take tremendous pleasure in offering the SPRG Scholarship and SPRG Future Communicators Foundation (“FCF”) Scholarship to outstanding students in the Department of Journalism and Communication at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (“CUHK”). The scholarships are aimed at encouraging the young generation to continue their development in the communication and public relations spheres, and include internship opportunities at any of our member companies and overseas partner offices.
To celebrate our 20th anniversary in 2015, and continue to demonstrate our commitment to nurturing young talent for the PR industry, SPRG set up a HK$1 million scholarship with the CUHK School of Journalism and Communications (Advertising and Communications Stream).
At the 30th anniversary cocktail reception in 2025, SPRG announced an additional HK$300,000 donation to the SPRG Scholarship, reinforcing the Group's long-term commitment to education and professional development.
Strategic CSR Voluntary Services
We encourage young people to participate in volunteer services through our Strategic CSR Network (“SCSR”). SCSR acts as a one-stop platform that brings together various stakeholders, including corporations, NGOs/charities and volunteers, to assist the underprivileged in Hong Kong as well as to protect the environment. We regularly organise community service activities, including visits to the elderly, donation drives and charity events for all ages. We will continue to welcome young people to join us in making a tangible difference in the community.
