Ashley Rambukwella
Ashley provides strategic communications and investor relations counsel to leadership teams and boards. He uses his more than two decades of experience to support companies' valuations and reputations through a combination of financial communications and PR strategies.
He is a specialist in helping executives to meet complex challenges, including mergers and acquisitions, reputation management, transactions, IPOs, investor relations, crisis communications, litigation support, corporate governance, commercial and industrial relations disputes. A multiple award winning communications professional, he has worked across many sectors, ranging from financial services, healthcare and biotech, IT, media and telecommunications, property and industrial.
Prior to joining FCR in 2004 from a leading public relations agency, he worked with the Olympic Coordination Authority and the Institution of Engineers, Australia. Ashley was educated at Sydney University and has completed business courses at the Australian Graduate School of Management and FINSIA's Master of Applied Finance.
