Raja Azraff brings over a decade of experience in public affairs, stakeholder engagement and government relations across both domestic and international platforms, and has built a strong working relationships with government ministries and agencies, intergovernmental bodies and civil society organisations through his work in advocacy and policy communication.

Azraff leads the firm's public affairs and stakeholder relations practice, advising clients on communications, policy positioning and engagement strategies to advance their interests. With a strong passion for diplomacy, governance and international cooperation, he plays an active role in shaping public discourse and fostering meaningful cross-sector dialogue.

Prior to joining SPRG, Azraff was Head of Department at a government agency tasked with advancing Malaysia's foreign policy objectives. In this role, he supported efforts to promote sustainable peace and moderation on the global stage — gaining recognition from bodies such as the United Nations and ASEAN.

Beyond his professional work, Azraff has been actively involved in youth, human rights and community development initiatives for over seven years. This includes a three-year attachment with Youth Academy and his role as an elected Member of the Malaysian Youth Parliament for Selangor, where he chaired the International Relations and Diplomacy Committee.
